Terms of Service — Obstacle IQ

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Obstacle IQ. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Obstacle IQ. Users under 18 must have parent or guardian consent.

2. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that you do not have the right to share.
Upload content that depicts minors without proper consent from a parent or guardian.
Upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass technical limits of the service.
Use the service to compete with us or build a similar product.
Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. AI Feedback Disclaimer

Obstacle IQ generates AI-powered feedback intended as a training aid. AI analysis may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on AI feedback as a substitute for professional coaching, qualified medical advice, or supervised training. Always use appropriate safety equipment and progress under qualified supervision when attempting difficult or dangerous obstacles.

5. Educational Purposes Only

All content, scores, and recommendations are provided for educational and informational purposes only. You assume all risk associated with training and obstacle activities.

6. User Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of every video and piece of content you upload.
You grant Obstacle IQ a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and analyze your content solely to provide the service to you.
This license terminates when you delete your content or your account.
We will never sell your content or use it to train third-party models.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions, when offered, are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from the app store's subscription settings. We do not directly process subscription payments.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your profile, uploaded videos, and analysis history will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obstacle IQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or training outcomes, whether caused by use of the service, AI feedback, or training activities. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Obstacle IQ operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
